If Your Dreams Do Not Scare You, They Are Not Big Enough.

"What if I don't make it? What if I'm never going to be good enough?"

"Ashley, it's good to be scared. If your dreams do not scare you, they're not big enough"

I remembered having that conversation with my bestfriend at Brown Pocket. We were talking about what we were going to do, who we're going to be and often get excited about where we would end up. 

I am not someone who has the best confident in my own potential. I've always doubt the things that I could do and there were tons of "What Ifs" running through my mind everyday without failure. 

I've seen runway shows in Kuala Lumpur and also not to mention the ones they have in Penang City. 

Other than that, I would often go on Tumblr or any Blogs to scrutinize the event that Mr. Anonymous held. One of my favorite blog is by the talented photographer Jenny Sun.

As Penangites , most of us know that this week is the Penang Gurney Plaza Fashion Week and I quite like the setting of the event. It is very simple yet very grand. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures of the event. A few minute ago however, as I was randomly just scrolling through my Tumblr, I came across a few pictures of Chanel's Fashion Show Event and it took my breath away.

Looking at these pictures in detail about their hard work on the design,theme and prop altogether with the atmosphere that they have created left me feeling a little intimidated but I also came to realized that the people behind all these are also humans. I may not know what the future hold nor will I ever know now if one day I'm going to be one of the best event holder but what I do believe is that human character and human abilities can be mold and transformed. We just need to start by knowing our passion and from there we are able to mold our capabilities and transform our dreams into reality. 

I believe myself and I believe my readers too.
